Christmas brings family home for the holiday. It doesn't seem that long ago I did Abby and Andrew's wedding. Here is their precious baby girl~Norah.
Dave and Susannah also came home for Christmas and brought their spunky little girl~Kathryn. Nora and Kathryn's Grandma and Grandpa couldn't of had a better Christmas present then to have their entire family home.
Brenden's day started out with snow on the grass and cold drizzly rain. As you can see, all didn't turn out so bad. The rain cleared up just enough to get some great shots. Brenden made the arbors in the pictures. One was actually made with my son's wedding in mind. Thank you Brenden for all your creative work.
Frank and Diana's wedding turned out to be a little bigger then they had planned. But when you start putting things together, doesn't everything turn out bigger then you planned? They mostly had just their children come in for this special day. This was the first meeting for some of them and they wanted to keep it quiet and simple.
Emily and Grace are true joys to their family and everyone they meet. These pictures are going to be a present to their mom and dad from their grandparents (please keep this a secret to those who know them). I really would love to get myself out there for taking pictures of little children. For now I believe I would like to make this my signature style (black and white in "pencil style"). I do have to admit I did have help from Christina with some of the pictures on the collages. Emily was so shy and she responded better for Christina.
Frank and Diana are engaged and will be married November 15th. They are my first couple to photograph that have met through internet dating. They are a very caring couple and are very easy to get along with. They will be getting married in her home her in Niles.
Christina and Leah wanted something different, so we went to South Bend to take some urban pictures. They were very creative. When we were by the bridge, I looked and said, "I really want you right were those uprooted tree roots are." So what did Leah do? She climbed right up on top of it. And I think she looks great!
Ashley was a so willing to try out the chair in the woods look. Her family said it so fits her to be reading a classic in the middle of the woods. I gave her "Little Men" to finish the look.
Here is a little doll that loved to move while getting her pictures taken. Thanks to her family, we got lots of different expressions to make this sitting a success.
